it’s dinner time and you need something something quick and easy so you can go back to chasing your two-year-old around the house (while washing your husbands load of boxer shorts, stepping on the pile of spilled legos, writing a funny blog about stepping on the pile of spilled legos, feeding the meowing cat and changing the water for sammy the goldfish whom your four year old had to have and hasn’t looked at since the day you brought him home.). oh, and the economy still stinks, so make it cheap, too.
yeah, we get it. we have kids. And, a husband. And leggos. so, take out your wooden spoon, mama, because this tasty, super inexpensive dish will keep the natives happy and will be ready the time it takes for the two year old to dump the cat litter all over the newly scrubbed kitchen floor.
